Product Listing Policy

We strive to maintain a trustworthy and reliable marketplace for our valued users. To ensure a positive experience for both buyers and sellers, we have established the following product listing policy:

  • Turkish Brand or Made in Türkiye Products Only: To maintain the authenticity and integrity of our platform, all listed products must be either Turkish brands or manufactured in Türkiye. This ensures that our buyers can confidently source genuine Turkish products through our marketplace.
  • Accurate Representation: Sellers are required to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of their products. Listings must include clear and truthful information about the item, including its features, condition, specifications, and any relevant terms of sale.
  • Prohibited Items: We do not allow the listing or sale of prohibited items. This includes but is not limited to illegal products, counterfeit goods, weapons, drugs, adult content, and any items that infringe upon intellectual property rights. Sellers found violating this policy will face immediate removal of their listings and potential account suspension. Prohibited items include:
    • ILLICIT DRUGS, PRECURSORS AND DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
    • FLAMMABLE, EXPLOSIVE AND HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS
    • FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION
    • WEAPONS
    • GOVERNMENT, LAW ENFORCEMENT AND MILITARY-ISSUED ITEMS
    • MEDICAL DRUGS
    • PORNOGRAPHIC, VIOLENT, VULGAR AND OBSCENE MATERIALS
    • CIRCUMVENTION DEVICES AND OTHER EQUIPMENT USED FOR ILLICIT PURPOSES
    • HUMAN PARTS, HUMAN REMAINS, AND PROTECTED FLORA AND FAUNA
    • TOBACCO PRODUCTS
    • INFERIOR OR NON-COMPLIANT PRODUCTS VIOLATING APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS
    • ETHNOGRAPHIC CULTURAL ASSETS (HISTORICAL ARTIFACTS, CARPETS, COINS, ICONS, COLORED TILES AND CERAMICS, PAINTINGS, STATUES AND SCULPTURES, METAL OBJECTS, AND THE LIKE) MORE THAN ONE CENTURY OLD
    • STOLEN PROPERTY
    • REPLICA AND COUNTERFEIT ITEMS
    • UNAUTHORIZED COPIES OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    • IMPORTANT: Turkish.net, in its sole and exclusive discretion, reserves the right to impose additional restrictions and prohibitions.
  • Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the sale of their products. This includes, but is not limited to, product safety standards, labeling requirements, and industry-specific regulations. It is the responsibility of the seller to ensure that their listings adhere to these legal requirements.
  • Intellectual Property Rights: Sellers must respect the intellectual property rights of others. Listings must not infringe upon trademarks, copyrights, patents, or any other proprietary rights. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to sell the products they list on our platform.
  • Copyright and Intellectual Property Compliance: Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all materials provided, including images and other content, do not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of third parties. Sellers must have the necessary rights and permissions to use and distribute any materials provided in their product listings. Any unauthorized use of copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited and may result in the removal of the product listing and suspension of the seller's account.
  • Prohibited Practices: Sellers are prohibited from engaging in deceptive or misleading practices. This includes falsely representing products, manipulating prices, or engaging in any form of fraud. Any attempt to deceive buyers will result in the immediate removal of listings and possible account termination.
  • Quality Standards: We expect sellers to maintain high-quality standards for their products and services. Listings should accurately reflect the quality of the item being sold, and sellers should promptly address any issues or concerns raised by buyers regarding product quality.
  • Customer Service: Sellers are expected to provide excellent customer service to buyers. This includes responding promptly to inquiries, processing orders in a timely manner, and resolving any disputes or issues that may arise in a fair and professional manner.
  • Prohibited Content: Listings must not contain any offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content. This includes language, images, or other materials that are disrespectful, discriminatory, or harmful in nature.
  • Compliance Monitoring: We reserve the right to monitor listings and take action against any seller found to be in violation of this policy. This may include removing listings, suspending accounts, or taking legal action as necessary.

By listing products, sellers agree to comply with this product listing policy and all other terms and conditions outlined in our Seller Agreement. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in penalties, including but not limited to removal of listings, account suspension, or legal action.
